2-7 business days, depending on your location. We send via Australia Post, please refer to their website for transit times.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Australia.
How do I know my order has been received by Dishee?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email in your inbox. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 hours of placing your order you can contact admin@dishee.com.au. Please check your junk inbox prior.
Will I know my Dishee order has been shipped?
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and you will also be provided with a tracking number.
I have not received my order, what can I do?
If you feel that the delivery time has been longer than it should, please check on the status of your order with the tracking number you received. You can then contact the courier company with the tracking details. If you are unable to see the tracking details please contact us at admin@dishee.com.au and we will be able to help.
